The art of birth: (29 minutes). This Australian film explores the beauty and emotion surrounding gentle birth in water. Four births are included – two in a birth centre and two at home. Each set of parents introduce their story then enable us to accompany them on this voyage of discovery as their babies are gently welcomed to the world. A wonderfully uplifting exploration of natural birth. (2002)
Babies: (76 minutes). A beautiful documentary following four babies from birth to first steps. The babies live in Namibia, Mongolia, Japan and California.
The Big Stretch- (60 minutes) An exciting collaboration between Alieta Belle and Jenny Blyth. This film presents visually stunning insights about birth- incorporating music, poetry, animation, interviews, birth footage and photos from more than fifty births.
The Big Stretch Sequel (120 minutes) Be uplifted, inspired, informed and impressed by committed and self-responsible parents. Through 13 individual chapters they show us how possible it is to work creatively with each unique birth and respond to challenges and the unexpected.
Birth as we know it: (75 minutes), Director Elena Tonetti-Vladimirova shares her experiences as one of the co-creators of the “Conscious Birth” movement in Russia during the early 1980′s. The movie features eleven natural births, including home birth, water birth, birth of twins, breech delivery and an astounding self-birth by Tanya Sargunas – a world renowned Spiritual Midwife and pioneer of Conscious Birth in Russia.
Bliss from within- prenatal yoga with Zoe. Includes two 45 minute pre-natal yoga programs designed to cater for all levels of flexibility and stages of pregnancy. Sequence one focuses on; hip and groin opening with leg lengthening and strengthening. Sequence two focuses on; chest and shoulder opening and releasing.
