The group will be facilitated by Bronwyn Moir (local midwife), Kirrah Holborn (doula and Birthing From Within mentor) and Karenza Ebejer (pregnancy yoga teacher).  It is being held at the beautiful Nurture Studio on 115 Keen street and will run weekly on Tuesday mornings from 9.30am-11.30am. It costs $12/$10 for prenatal yoga and the information sessions are a suggested donation of $5/$3.

Yoga is a wonderful tool for cultivating strength and softness, stability and flexibility.  It's an opportunity to connect body, mind and spirit and bond with your baby. During the classes you will learn specific stretches and breathing techniques that help prepare your body for opening during birth.

If you're pregnant, this is an amazing opportunity to connect with other like-minded people and prepare naturally and holistically for the profound rite of passage of giving birth and navigating parenthood.
